SpaceX Is Out of This World and Musk's Get out Jail Free Card in his Feud with Trump

Creatix / July 10, 2025

In the long run, who will win the feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Barring unforeseen events, Elon will prevail simply because he should outlive Trump by at least 25 years.

When we talk about innovation that’s truly out of this world, there’s one name that keeps coming up: SpaceX. What began in 2002 as a daring idea by Elon Musk has since grown into the undisputed heavyweight of the private space industry—a company that has shattered government monopolies, redefined launch economics, and quite literally reached for the stars.

As of 2025, SpaceX’s private valuation has soared past $400 billion, making it one of the most valuable privately held companies in the world. And unlike many overhyped startups, SpaceX has the revenue streams, technological dominance, and strategic vision to justify every penny.

🌌 A Quick Look Back: From Scrappy Startup to Orbital Overlord

SpaceX was founded with an absurdly ambitious mission: to make spaceflight affordable and ultimately enable human life on Mars. Skeptics laughed until Elon proved them wrong over and over again.

In 2008, the Falcon 1 became the first privately developed liquid-fueled rocket to reach orbit. From there, SpaceX sprinted past milestone after milestone:

  • 2010: Falcon 9 successfully launches

  • 2012: Dragon becomes first commercial spacecraft to dock with the ISS

  • 2015: First successful vertical landing of a Falcon 9 booster

  • 2020: First human launch by a private company (Demo-2)

  • 2021–2023: Starlink deployment scales dramatically

  • 2024–2025: Starship tests suggest imminent deep space capability

Today, the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy are workhorses of the global launch market. In addition, Starship, a fully reusable rocket system, promises to cut the cost of spaceflight by orders of magnitude.

💼 Valuation and Market Muscle

SpaceX’s estimated valuation of $400 billion is not just about hype. It reflects genuine revenue generation and a commanding lead in infrastructure.

  • Launch Services: With over 80% of the commercial satellite launch market, SpaceX has become the de facto launch provider for governments and companies worldwide.

  • Starlink Internet: SpaceX’s low Earth orbit satellite constellation now boasts over 6,000 satellites, providing global internet coverage and generating recurring revenue with millions of users.

  • NASA & Defense Contracts: Billions in contracts from NASA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and other agencies ensure reliable cash flow and geopolitical relevance.

Put simply, SpaceX is more than a space company. It’s the world's first space infrastructure company.

🛠️ A Practical Monopoly (For Now)

While competitors like Blue Origin, ULA, Rocket Lab, and China’s state-run programs exist, none come close to SpaceX in terms of:

  • Launch frequency

  • Reusability

  • Payload capacity

  • Cost efficiency

The gap is so wide that SpaceX now enjoys what many analysts call a "practical monopoly." Its ability to self-launch Starlink satellites further entrenches its advantage.

No other company in the world can currently match SpaceX’s vertical integration, from building rockets and spacecraft to deploying and monetizing its own satellite network.

🌍 The Space Economy Is About to Explode

In 2024, the global space economy was valued at $550 billion. By 2035, it’s expected to surpass $1.5 trillion—driven by satellite internet, Earth observation, space tourism, lunar missions, and eventually, asteroid mining and off-Earth manufacturing.

SpaceX is poised to capture a massive slice of this growth. Why?

  1. Starship could lower launch costs to below $100/kg, unlocking new space business models.

  2. Starlink will dominate global internet connectivity in rural and conflict zones.

  3. Lunar landers and cargo missions will support NASA’s Artemis program and other deep space initiatives.

  4. Mars? Don’t count Elon Musk out.

🌠 Why SpaceX Matters

SpaceX isn’t just a company. It's an American force multiplier for the future. It’s made space cool again. It’s inspired a new generation of engineers, entrepreneurs, and dreamers. It’s forced governments to stop dragging their feet. And it's proven that boldness, efficiency, and private enterprise can redefine even the most daunting domains.

If the 20th century belonged to NASA and the Cold War space race, the 21st belongs to the new space economy. Right now, SpaceX is driving the rocket.

Interesting

Elon Musk once said that "when something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor." SpaceX was born from that mindset. Two decades later, it dominates an industry most thought it would stay on science fiction books and movies.

Whether you're a space nerd, a tech investor, or just a fan of human progress, one thing is clear:

SpaceX isn’t just launching rockets. It’s launching the future.

Of Musk vs. Trump

Some observers have voiced concern that the future of SpaceX could be jeopardized by the increasingly visible feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Critics fear that the President could retaliate against Musk by targeting government contracts and using regulatory tactics against SpaceX. Given SpaceX’s heavy involvement with NASA, the U.S. Space Force, and Pentagon satellite launches, any political interference could introduce risk to its revenue streams. However, this fear may be overstated. Even if Trump were motivated to damage Musk’s ventures, doing so would also undercut America's space leadership and harm national security interests. Our President will not go there because he knows that space is the most important and strategic real estate for our country to dominate now and into the future.

In addition, there are 25 reasons why the power dynamic tilts in Musk’s favor over the long term. Musk is 25 years younger than our President. Actuarially, our President is beyond his expiration date. A white male born in 1946, like our President, has an expected lifespan of around 76 to 79 years, based on historical and actuarial data from the Social Security Administration and CDC. Our President is already 79 years old, meaning he has already surpassed the average life expectancy for his birth cohort. Although many individuals in high socioeconomic brackets are living longer these days, not many of them are holding the most demanding job in the world and working their old bodies to death every day of the week. The body keeps the score. Our President is aging super fast and every single day that goes by gets closer to his last day on Earth. In the meantime, Musk's Space X keeps increasing its prospects that are literally out of this world.

The 25-year age gap alone limits Trump’s ability to wage a prolonged campaign against SpaceX. The U.S. space economy is not something that can be restructured overnight. Even if the President sought to elevate a competitor, it would take 10 years and a half a trillion dollars to come close to replacing SpaceX’s infrastructure, technology, and talent. There simply isn’t enough time for Trump to dismantle SpaceX’s dominance without doing lasting damage to America’s space ambitions. Our President knows this and will try to outplay Musk without hurting Space X.

Now you know it.

When will the Tesla bubble burst?

December 11, 2024 When will the Tesla bubble burst?  We don't know Fools rush in. It's impossible to know exactly when the Tesla bubble will finally burst. Unfortunately for us at Creatix, we began shorting Tesla too soon. We are down almost 40% on our position as of today. We are not fooling ourselves thinking that we were ever make money on the short position. We truly doubt that Tesla can go down 40% any time soon.  We would love to add to the short position, but it would exceed our $3,000 limit on the stupid bets that we do for fun. We're not Mr. Beast. We have a very limited budget for ridiculousness. We would love to short Tesla tomorrow morning at the ridiculous share price of $424. Tesla is trading at an incredible 116 times earnings, which gives Tesla a market capitalization of $1.32 Trillion. Elon Musk added today $13.4 billion to his fortune. Yes, $13 billion in one day. Yesterday, he had added $11 billion. Yes, that's $24 billion in 2 days.  Six months ago, ...

Will Tariffs Reduce the National Debt?

Creatix / June 30, 2025 The U.S. national debt has surpassed $34.7 trillion , and the cost of servicing that debt— just the interest payments—has soared to over $1 trillion annually as of mid-2025. This marks a historic shift: we now spend more just paying interest on the National debt than on defense, Medicare, or any single discretionary program. Economists warn that unless fiscal policy changes, interest costs will crowd out critical investments in infrastructure, education, and innovation, deepening the structural debt burden for future generations. From Osama to MAGA OBBA: the path to U.S. bankruptcy. Osama Bin Laden "succeeded" in putting us in a path to bankruptcy. The U.S. national debt began to increase dramatically after 9/11, marking a sharp departure from the budget surpluses of the late 1990s. In response to the terrorist attacks, the U.S. launched costly wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, while also implementing sweeping tax cuts under the Bush administration. These...

How TikTok can Artificially Spread Socialism in America?

Creatix / June 29, 2025 TikTok's Socialist Movement in New York City  In one of the most unexpected political turns in recent New York history, Zohran Mamdani , the democratic socialist Assemblymember from Queens, has defeated former Governor Andrew Cuomo in the Democratic primary for New York City mayor. While the general election remains to be decided in November of this year, Mamdani is now the clear frontrunner. His socialist victory signals not just a generational shift, but the rise of a new kind of political power: one fueled by TikTok , a Chinese-owned social media platform that has become Gen Z’s ideological training ground. From Astoria to Citywide Dominance Mamdani first rose to prominence as a bold and principled advocate for tenants’ rights, public transportation reform, and wealth redistribution in the State Assembly. But his stunning mayoral primary win wasn’t just about policy—it was about algorithmic delivery powered by Chinese media company. Mamdani didn’t r...
