Will China invade Taiwan during the Second Coming of Trump?

Not no, but hell no. China is playing the long game. It would be premature for China to take any aggressive move at this time. China's view is that the reunification will happen. The exact timing is as unknown as the timing of the Second Coming of Christ. Many in China hope that progress and influence will grow so much that the reunification will happen by natural "flow" rather than by force. There could be a time when the majority of the people of Taiwan may want to reunify with mainland China. This is all to be seen as the future has not been created yet.

The Second Coming of Christ 

The Second Coming of Christ refers to a future event in Christian eschatology (the study of the end times) when JC is prophesied to return to Earth, as foretold in the New Testament. JC will bring about the final judgment to judge the living and the dead. JC will establish God's eternal kingdom on Earth, defeating evil once and for all. As king, JC will restore peace and justice, establishing a new heaven here on Earth. The exact time of the Second Coming is of course unknown as it is a fictional and symbolic religious myth. The Second Coming is nonetheless central to Christian theology.

The Second Coming of Trump (SCOT) 

The Second Coming of Trump refers to Trump's return to the White House as President of the United States. The SCOT has many liberals on the edge at risk of facing nervous breakdowns. If the sky was falling in 2016 when Trump beat Hillary, the sky is burning now for some that Trump beat Harris.  If you feel emotionally unwell, it's advisable to seek medical help and professional counseling. It would not hurt to turn off the TV and stay away from social media echo chambers and looping feeds. Otherwise you risk losing your mind consumed in irrationally apocalyptic fears. 

Unlike the mythical Second Coming of Christ, which has no firm date and 0% chances of happening in real life, the Second Coming of Trump is schedule for January 2025. The transition of power from the Biden administration to the upcoming Trump administration is well on its way. Trump's second inauguration is scheduled for Martin Luther King (MLK) day on January 21, 2025.  

China will not invade Taiwan during the Second Coming of Trump. 

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has no real plans of invading Taiwan for now. The move would be too costly and too risky. It would most likely fail or be against Chinese interests domestically and internationally. In other words, the risks significantly outweigh the rewards. The Chinese CCP leaders are not dumb. China is playing the long game. There's no hurry to reunify Taiwan. It will happen when the time is right. For now, there are more pressing issues in mainland China such as jump starting the economy to finally rebound and recover from the COVID19 fiasco. 

China is looking for ways to continue growing its economy while at the same time remaining the low cost manufacturer of choice for the West. The Chinese economic model worked almost perfectly for decades. They became the global center of manufacturing. First of cheap stuff, and then of high end, advanced technology items such as the iphone. China managed to steal the intellectual property of the West and create corporate replicas of the best companies of the West. 

Trump wants to upend the Chinese game. All power to him and the administration trying to crack that nut. It's not easy. It will be extremely difficult to try to unwind decades of pro-China globalization in four years. Even if Trump becomes a dictator for life, he's getting old fast and China will outlive him. Whether Trump rules for the Constitutional maximum left of four years, or whether Trump manages to stay in power for life becoming our first dictator, king, or emperor, China will outlast Trump's biology. In the great scheme of things, Trump will be dead in a heartbeat. 

What will happen after Trump?

The most important question for the United States and for the world is not what will Trump do while in office. That is predictable. The most important question is what will happen after Trump dies, which will happen relatively soon in the great scheme of things. 

No one knows how long will Trump live or for how long he will rule the country. Whether Trump's second term lasts three years (impeachment in 2027), four years (Constitutional limit), or more (Constitutional amendment, coup d'etat, civil war, etc.), or whether it lasts less (Trump dies in office) is all in the future, unknown and uncertain by nature. The future has not been created yet. 

China will be waiting

Trump's reign will end sooner or later. Trump's fragile biological life will end sooner or later. Trump is a mortal, one heartbeat away from eternal rest in peace. The main question is what will happen after Trump is gone. Will Trumpism become a permanent movement. Are we moving from Christianity into Trumpianity? Will there be enough Trump evangelicals spreading the gospel of Trump and MAGA after the death of the Trumpman himself? Christians built an empire from a small sect long after Jesus Christ was gone. Can Trump supporters and entrepreneurs do the same? 

China will be waiting. As China sees it and sells it to the world, China's rise, including the reunification of Taiwan, is a manifested destiny. China doesn't see a need for rushing into a premature reunification. According to Chinese philosophy, it will happen when the time is right and the energy flow converges in place. 

China will negotiate with Trump

China will negotiate with Trump. China knows that Trump is a businessman. China knows the art of the deal. For Trump, everything has a price and everything is negotiable. The Chinese, Russian, Iranian, North Korean (CRINKRs) know that everything is negotiable in Trump's world. They will negotiate and the world will be a better place because of it. 

Trump will do a good job as our negotiator in chief. What will happen after Trump is gone, is anybody's guess. Trump is 78 years old and will be dead relatively soon. We need brilliant minds that can negotiate as good as Trump once the old man is gone. 

Our future is in our hands. We need brilliant men, women, and anything in between, to become the best versions of themselves so that we can continue making this country great again and again. Whether you are a Trump lover, hater, or indifferent, keep investing in yourself, keep improving yourself and everyone else around you. The country needs you. The world needs you.
