What are the Top 40 virtues to cultivate before you die?

If you are alive, you will die. One of these days will be your very last day on Earth. Spoiler alert. There is likely no afterlife. As of today, there is absolutely zero empirical evidence (i.e. fact-based and independently verifiable evidence) about the existence of an afterlife.

When you peel the onion on the myth of an afterlife you get to most ancient human civilizations such as the Sumerians and the Akkadians in Mesopotamia and ancient Egyptians. What are the chances that those people could have been correct about such a sophisticated concept as a true afterlife? Zero to none.

Anyways, whether you are inclined to accept the reality that an afterlife is a human myth without evidentiary support, or whether you want to believe in an afterlife, there are behaviors referred to as virtues, which can generally help you flourish in this life.
