Can AI help you realize why some people are wealthy and some are not?

April 14, 2024

Artificial intelligence (AI) can help you realize the "secret" of why some people are rich, and perhaps more importantly, how to become or stay wealthy. As discussed below, traditional thinking emphasizes personal characteristics such as talent and hard work. Creatix focuses on property rights (PR).

Traditional thinking ties being wealthy with being blessed, creative, talented, hard worker, smart, educated, and so forth. All these are correlated factors, not determinative. The determinative factor relates to property rights (PR).

AI develops knowledge by identifying patterns in large data sets. The patterns can be used to develop intelligence and make predictions. AI can spot the common denominator of all wealthy humans: property rights (PR). Wealthy humans possess valuable PR.

Being wealthy is not hard work, talent, education, etc. It's all about acquiring and developing property rights (PR).

PR Lessons from Slavery

Traditional advice tells you that working hard is the key to making money. Working hard may be "a" key, but not "the" key. Think about slavery for a second. Slaves worked hard but were poor. Why? Because they lacked PR. Slavemasters enjoyed the PR over the slaves and could acquire and develop wealth from the labor of others regardless of whether they themselves worked hard or not.

By the way, if when you think about slaves, you only see Africans working for Europeans in the Americas, you should download an update in your mental programming.

  • Slavery was prevalent all over the world throughout human history. African slavery in the Americas was not the beginning of slavery, but rather its end or final chapter. All major human civilizations throughout  history were built on slavery-based economies.
  • Slavery developed as soon as humans transitioned from hunting gathering into agrarian societies. It is difficult to arm slaves and take them hunting with you without you becoming their ultimate prey. Once agriculture domesticated the human animal, settling down the species on patches of land, it became easier and convenient for humans to enslave other humans and other animals for economic gain.
  • Slavery and serfdom, it's "cousin", proved very convenient for slave masters and lasted for millennia all over the human world until political movements and the Industrial Revolution rendered it inconvenient.

Education is another key

Education is correlated to income. There is no doubt about it. Statiscally, education always pays off. Getting an education does not necessarily mean going to college. College is fine, but is no longer necessary to obtain a high quality education these days. There are plenty of educational resources available online for free or very affordable tuition rates. Certificates and degrees may be obtained online at relatively affordable prices.

PR, AI Revolution, AI Sapiens, and Digital Assistants (DAs)

PR (property rights) are the key to why some humans are wealthy and others are not. Some humans possess or are tied to valuable property rights while others are not. PR can be acquired by inheritance or by investing. Inheritance is not teachable. Investing can be learned. Investing can include traditional methods such as developing and acquiring ownership interests in business. It may also include developing social skills to marrying into money or getting into politics. The latter can be harder than traditional investing.

Buy low, sell high.

Investing entails acquiring PR that appreciate over time. As an investor you are looking to acquire or develop PR that can be reasonably expected to appreciate over time taking into consideration acquisition prices, opportunity costs, and maintenance expenses.

Buy low, sell high is the quintessential way of making money in a business. Whatever the business sells, must be sold for an overall profit. The value of the offer should be higher than its price, which must be higher than its cost.

As an investor, you own the business. In investing, you don't have to sell. You can hold forever the business and receive dividends from the proceeds generated by the business. If you don't have capital to acquire PR over businesses, you can develop your own intellectual property (IP) that can later help you make money. In other words, if you cannot buy an existing business, or shares in it, you can still use free information around you to develop a business. There is plenty of information and advice online about how to become an entrepreneur, how to engage in business, and how to become an investor. Google it or ask generative AI.

The "SEIKO" Mindset: Slavemasters Entrepreneurs Investors Knowledgeable Owners (SEIKO)

The AI Revolution is just getting started. It will last for centuries if not millennia until the development of "AI Sapiens", a new life form that will dethrone homo sapiens. Creatix takes credit for coining the term AI Sapiens, but who knows how many other sources may have used the term before Creatix came about it independently.

Creatix has discussed AI Sapiens in many previous articles and will dedicate many future articles, books, and lessons about them. There is plenty of time and nothing to worry about AI Sapiens for now. No human who is alive today will get to coexist with AI Sapiens. Rome was not built in a day. Evolution took 4 billion years to develop modern homo sapiens.

Within the next three decades, AI and humans will continue developing humanoid bots (HBs) to serve as digital assistants (DAs). These DAs will become the new black. These HBs will become gradually ubiquitous within the next 30 years. By the mid 2050s, humans will coexist with HBs  and DAs. The DAs will become the new slaves. The best way to increase your chances of enjoying the next 30 years on Earth is to adopt what Creatix refers to as the "SEIKO" mindset. It stands for slavemaster entrepreneur investor knowledgeable owner (SEIKO).

Humans are culturally trained to be workers, be it to provide manual labor or intellectual work. Since the Industrial Revolution, machines have been replacing humans from certain occupations and trades. In the Information Age, computers began to automate many computational tasks previously performed by humans. With the AI Revolution, bots will replace human intellectual labor or knowledge workers in record and unprecedented numbers. Many human occupations will be completed taken over by AI.

Every field of intellectual labor that is not protected by laws and regulations requiring human performance will be gradually taken over by AI bots. Professions that are protected by licensing requirements (e.g. medicine, law, civil engineering, architecture, certified auditors) will be heavily impacted by AI, but human professionals will be stick around for a long time due to the legal requirements. Intellectual and artistic trades that are not protected by legal licensing requirements (e.g. graphic designers, writers, musicians, translators, interpreters, consultants, tutors, customer service reps, salespersons, middle managers, etc) will be taken over more quickly, although a hybrid human / AI model will reign for decades.

The best advice for humans is to begin to adapt the SEIKO mindset. Instead of seeing themselves as workers to be replaced by AI, they should see themselves as SEIKO masters of the transition from human to AI. That is, rather than selling themselves as service providers, sell the services and provide them with AI.

Learn, Unlearn, Repeat, Enjoy (LURE) Critical Thinking and Faith

To enjoy life with or without money, get your daily dose of education and continue learning, and unlearning as necessary, until the day you die. Lure your brain into the process of learning for the fun of it. Seek the intrinsic joy of satisfying curiosity just like you enjoy eating to satisfy hunger and drinking to satisfy thirst. Stay hungry and thirsty for knowledge. Consume high quality food for thought.

Chinese AI Robots Everywhere By the 2050s: Are you Ready?

Creatix / November 8, 2026 AI Robots Everywhere by the 2050s: Are You Ready? By the 2050s , artificial intelligence and robotics could merge into the most transformative household revolution since electricity. Analysts forecast trillions in market value for humanoid and service robots, and billions of units operating globally. The question isn’t if they’ll be everywhere—it’s whether we’re ready for it. The 2050s Robot Boom By mid-century, expect AI robots to clean, cook, carry, and even care. Thanks to exponential progress in AI reasoning, computer vision, and robotics hardware , the machines we see today in factories or labs will become accessible home companions. Costs will plummet as production scales, while software will learn from vast shared data networks—meaning every robot gets smarter as one learns. Economic studies suggest the global humanoid-robot market could exceed $5 trillion by 2050 , transforming domestic life, eldercare, and even education. What smartphones did f...
