What diet ChatGPT recommends?

ChatGPT revealed the secret to losing weight. Spoiler alert. You will not like ChatGPT's take on this.  It's not what you or anyone else wants to hear. But don't blame ChatGPT. Poor thing is just following a statistical algorithm. Don't shoot the clueless messenger bot.  

ChatGPT is an impressive AI tool for big data "plagiarism". The bot is a privileged dandy with access to millions of webpages and billions of online articles discussing every subject imaginable. When it comes to the always popular topic of diets and losing weight, ChapGPT can feast on a seemingly unlimited buffet of entries for clever predictive generative plagiarism.

Human questions are AI answers. 

When playing with ChatGPT, and other generative AI models, prompts dictate output. A classical rule of computing that does not change even with AI is garbage in garbage out (gigo). The quality of your prompts dictate the quality of ChatGPT results. Quality prompts generate quality output, and vice versa. 

Knowing what questions to ask AI, or what prompt queries to feed into the system, are quickly becoming essential skills in today's post-GPT world. 

When it comes to nutrition and diet, ChatGPT can be both your best friend and worst foe. ChatGPT is amazing at finding delicious recipes for healthy treats, and equally good at finding recipes for decadent desserts and fast food bombs. 

Regarding the secret to weight loss, you will be both amazed disappointed about ChatGPT's advice. When prompted about how to lose weight in two words or less, ChatGPT's answer was amazingly clever and nightmarish. The answer? "Eat less".

Isn't that fantastic and terrible at the same time? Not even the coolest AI chatbot can figure out a better way to lose weight than eating less. Most of us know already than losing weight requires burning more calories than we consume. But who wants to be reminded of that? 

Don't we all hope that AI can find a magic way of losing weight. Isn't there a way to eat everything we want without gaining weight? How good is AI if it can't figure out that for us? ChatGPT should know better than that. We are humans. We are always hungry for more. What do you think?

December 11, 2024 When will the Tesla bubble burst?  We don't know Fools rush in. It's impossible to know exactly when the Tesla bubble will finally burst. Unfortunately for us at Creatix, we began shorting Tesla too soon. We are down almost 40% on our position as of today.
